QA Engineers
Minimum Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech in EE/ECE/CS with a minimum of 6 years relevant industry experience in a product development environment.
Relevant experience:
** The candidate is expected to have at least 3 years of work experience in a wireless product testing and quality analysis. The candidate is expected to have a very good knowledge of both Wired as well as Wireless networking protocols. The candidate is expected to be experienced working with different networking products and must have the ability to put together a networking system comprising both wired as well as wireless systems with ease.
** The candidate must understand the details of wireless protocols (preferably WiMAX), its implementation, and unique features, and the know-how to test and qualify these features. The candidate must be exposed to and should have used performance testing tools that are available both from vendors as well as free ware. The candidate should have used and must be conversant with bug tracking tools. The candidate must have exposure to automation testing, and should have the capability to implement them as well. The candidate is expected to have written detailed test procedures, test suites, and other documents relevant to a product and its testing.
Job Description:
The candidate will be leading a small team of engineers. The candidate will head all the QA initiatives and will be responsible for release of the product to customers. The candidate will own the quality control of the entire product and will be responsible for the lab setup as well. The candidate will implement automation processes, and will be responsible for test planning, strategy and generate reports. The candidate will be expected to replicate in-house, issues that may arise at customer locations and assist the development team in addressing those in a timely manner.

Network Engineers
Minimum Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech in EE/ECE/CS with a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in a Wireless network environment.
Relevant experience:
The candidate is expected to be mature, skilled, with good communication skills (both oral and written) and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
** Strong end to end knowledge of WiMAX Network: Base Station, ASN Gateway, AAA, NMS.
** Understanding of Ethernet, wireless networks, RADIUS, DIAMETER, Simple IP, Mobile IP, GRE, IP Tables, VLANs, router and switch platforms, SNMP, Unix/Linux, and scripting languages such as Perl, Bash shell scripts.
** Knowledge of Authentication and Encryption methods (EAP) in IP networks.
** Understanding of R1, R4 and R6 interfaces.
** Previous work experience with network protocol monitors, troubleshooting at the packet level.
** Experience in IP networking technologies such as Routing, MPLS, QoS, VLANs and Traffic Engineering.
Job Description:
** The candidate will be responsible for setting up the WiMAX core network and engage the customer in the initial deployment strategy.
** Participate in WiMAX core network integration with 3rd party network elements such as ASN Gateway, EMS, AAA servers.
** Creation of ASN/CSN system configuration and service set up.
** Responsible for the Core Network project management and service definition.
** Plan and develop core network sizing plans.
** Interaction with customers is expected specifically at the initial project deployment stage.
