Job Description
carry out the recruitment functions for the various departments within the organization in a timely manager. The job would require delivering the best practice and review on recruitment methods and initiatives, handling staffing administration matters including processing of job offers, co-ordinating with travel divisions for visa applications, organize and conduct interviews and reference checks, maintain HR database/ files , ensuring accuracy and full utilization of data recorded, handle benefits (medical, insurance etc ) operations.

Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment process, strong IT and HR Information Systems Skills, Written, Oral Communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
BBA Graduate or Diploma in HR with experience handling recruitments.Any Industry, Executive search firms/headhunting/recruitment agencies would have an added advantage
