Job Description :
Perform a full-range of Microbiology testings and support laboratory. Maintain Turn Around Time of tests as per protocol. Plan and develop testings and protocols using NABL guidelines. Modify methods and procedures, identify problems and deficiencies and take corrective action as per protocols. Determine the time and resources required to perform experiments, and participate in the establishment of plans and schedules. Critically analyze and evaluate results for accuracy and precision. Training technicians on the methods, procedures and equipment used in the laboratory. And oversee the work of technicians and department. Managing kit inventory.

Desired : MD (Microbiology) with minimum of 1 years post MD experience or Fresher
