In continuation to the advertisement published on 15102011,applications are invited inthe prescribed format from the eligible candidates for filling up of the vacant posts in ESIC
PGIMSR and Model Hospital, Rajajingar, Bangalore 10 as per details given below:

Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board. Two years Diploma in Radiography from a Central Govt. / State Government / AICTE recognized Institution.
Desirable: One year Experience in Radiography Department of a recognized / Registered Hospital.
Candidates are exempted from payment of the fee.
Important Instructions:
a) The application duly filled in English, Hindi or Kannada language, in the prescribed application format, given below, duly supported with clean/ legible attested copies of the relevant certificates and marks statements (in English or Hindi) should be sent by Registered post / Speed post at the following address :

010. Envelope containing the application should be superscribed “Application for the post of Jr. Radiographer”.
b) Last date of receipt of application is 28022012.
However, the last date of receipt of application in respect of the candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahul & Spiti district and Pangi sub division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep, is 15-03-2012.
The benefit of extended time will be available only in respect of applications received by post from the above mentioned areas/regions. However as the crucial date for determining the eligibility of the candidates is 28-02-2012,
ESI Corporation will not be responsible for postal delays.
d) No TA shall be payable to any candidate for appearing in the written examination.
However, TA shall be paid only unemployed candidates for
appearing in interview as per Govt. of India orders.
