Job Description
-- Design / Engineering, Procurement, Project execution, BOQ preparation from Concept to Commissioning.
-- Co-ordination with Architects, Service consultants & other consultants.
-- Executing all the Services in the Projects. Preparation of Technical specifications, Tendering, Comparative statement preparation & placing the Work for all the Services
-- Preparation of Load List, approvals Design of SLD, Preparation of complete bill of quantities, Making of Comparative statements, Preparation of Panel layout and Panel Room Layouts, Design of Voice Networking, Preparation of DG Room Layout, Design of Indoor Lighting Layout
-- Preparing the consolidated reflected ceiling layout incorporating all the services, Design of Landscape and Facade Lighting Layout, Preparation of Cable Tray Layout in co-ordination with other services as built drgs for all services
-- Preparation of wiring Diagram and Conduit Layout, Installation, Testing & commissioning of all the services.
-- Supervision of day to day works to ensure quality and safety aspects at site
-- Complete in charge of execution for services as per the drawings and maintaining all records
-- Looking after commercials related to settlement of extra claims, variations and complete final bills
Desired Candidate Profile
1. BE/Dip in Electrical with 5-11yrs experience, out of which 5yrs should be in fit out works as desired. .
2. Good exposure to execution of green field and fit out projects such as Commercial buildings, Mutiplexes etc.
3. Should have knowledge of services works such as HVAC, Electrical, FF, CCTV, FM 200, PA system, plumbing, drainage etc.
4.Conversant with SLD as and layout drawings
5. Conversant with installation, testing, commissioning of low voltage system, UPS, stabilizers etc.
6.Should know communication systems like data and telephone
7.Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
