2. No.of hours to be worked Visit of 3 hours per day

3. Time of visit 1000 hrs to 1300 hrs

4. No.of days in a week 5 days (Monday to Friday)

5. Duration of appointment Initially upto 31.12.2012 which is likely to be extended based on the performance and necessity

6. Honorarium per visit of 3 hours Rs.945/- per session of 3 hours

7 Qualification Degree or equivalent Diploma in Physiotherapy with minimum 50% marks.

8 Experience & Knowledge Basic Computer Knowledge is essential as the Physiotherapist will have to enter patient’s medical data in the computer.

9. Age limit Not more than 50 years

10 Day & Date and time of Interview Monday, 20th February, 2012 at 1400 Hours

11 Reporting time for Interview Forms will be issued from 1200 hrs on the same day and not beyond 1400 hrs
