Job Description
Supervision of installation and execution of all HVAC work. To study drawings and specifications, float enquiries to vendors, evaluate quotation, prepare comperative statement, draft and issue work order, prepare schedule of activities, monitor and check execution of work, report on adhering to time schedule, check specifications of input item, Take measurements, check vendor bills, carry out listing and commissioning of equipments

Desired Candidate Profile
Mechanical Engineer with complete knowledge of HVAC works preferably in Construction Industry. Applicable codes and international safety requirements. He should have atleast 5 years experience working on similar capacity on large project such as International Educational Institutions/ Hotels/ Malls/ Multiplex/ Hospitals etc.
