Job Description
At least 10 -15 years experience of Sales & Marketing and minimum 5 years experience in Installation and Services of Elevator & Escalator business.
Thorough knowledge of Engineering and Construction Industry, adept at working with architects, consultants and contractors.
Excellent techno commercial skills, with keen analytical and problem solving abilities.
Familiar with prioritizing and organizing work in a multitasking environment.
Excellent track record of achieving sales targets and establishing brands in nascent markets.
Effective communicator with excellent leadership and man management skills.
Sincere and hard working, with excellent grasping abilities and common sensual approach towards work.

Desired Candidate Profile
Responsible for setting up sales targets, and annual budgets for elevator sales.
Managing and motivating team of engineers, technicians and marketing executives towards achievement of sales budget.
Interaction with Corporate entities, Builders, Architects, Township Planners, and Project Consultants for finalization of technical parameters and orders.
Monitoring payment collections and increasing sales turn over of the region.
Enhancing customer satisfaction by implementing new ideas and providing value added services.
Responsible for Execution and maintenance of projects.
Responsible for Payment Collection
Liaising with Statutory Authorities for obtaining Mandatory Approvals / Sanctions.
