FACT Ltd. Udyogamandal proposes to select eligible candidates as paid Apprentices under the Apprentices Act in the following categories :-

Categories & Vacancies :
Fitter -23
Machinist -8
Welder -6
Electrician -12
Instrument Mechanic -15
COPA -7
Plumber -2
Carpenter -1
Mechanic Diesel - 2

Eligibility : A Pass in the relevant ITI / ITC Trade Candidate should not have crossed 23 years as on 01.04.2012.

NOTE :-
1. Age relaxation for SC, ST , OBC and PH candidates is allowed as per rules. (PH candidates will be considered for selection to COPA Trade and Computer discipline in Degree category of apprentices.

2. Stipend and period of training are as per Apprentices Act and they are furnished below :-
Fitter, Machinist, Electrician and Instrument Mechanic - Rs.1970/- per month
Plumber , Carpenter & Mechanic, Diesel Rs.1700/- per month for I year & Rs.1970/- per month for II year
Welder & COPA . - Rs.1700/- per month

3. Candidates must bring with them the originals and one set of attested copies of the following documents / certificates.
i) Proof of date of birth (SSLC)
ii) ITI Certificate and Mark list
iii) Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST communities and OBC candidates, Non-creamy layer certificate (issued by an authority, not less than the rank of a Thahsildar).
iv) Disability Certificate (for PH candidates) from competent Medical Board.
v) One Passport size photo (recently taken)

The selection will be based on the following criteria :
i) Qualifying Examination 50%
ii) Written test 50%

Worked on the following A/C at Bharat Institute of Aeronautics, Patna : Heavy Aircraft Hawker Siddeley HS 125 3A/RA aircraft fitted with Viper 522 engine and Light Aircraft Bonanza A 35 fitted with Continental E-185 engine.
