    The growing demand for technical publications and the volume of business outsourced to India are at overwhelming pace.There is a dearth of resources with good level of expertise to demonstrate these skills to meet the customer requirements. There is a substantial space between the required and available resources for the future. Great amount of time and effort is being spent by the IT and aerospace firms on these engineers to identify, train and mentor for the complex requirements of aerospace technical publications.

    Aerotech has structured a job specific training program, where aircraft maintenance engineers are trained and mentored for aerospace technical publications and projected to the companies with requirement.

    • Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
    o Mechanical – Aircraft and Engine Systems
    o Avionics - Elect. Inst. and Radio navigation
    &
    Bachelor degree in engineering from various streams like:
    o Mechanical
    o Aeronautical
    o Electrical
    o Electronics
    o Automobile

    Training Modules.
    In-house trainers are experienced technical authors and with good domain expertise.

    Training module includes:
    • Introduction to aerospace maintenance and technical publications.
    • International standards for creation of aircraft technical manuals.
    o ATA 100, Ispec2200, S1000D, ASDSTE, Graphic Standards.
    • Types of manuals and their structure and information.
    o CMM, AMM, EMM, SB Etc.,
    • Standard working process flow of creation of these manuals.
    o Inputs, Analysis, Process flow, Change drivers.
    • Blueprints (Engineering Drawings) layout familiarization (basics).

    Duration and Fees:
    Duration of this course is 45 days. Course fee depends on the selected modules, revised from time to time.

    Placement assistance:
    We take the complete accountability for projecting trained engineers to the companies for
    interviews.

    Long term Career option:
    More aerospace companies are outsourcing their business to India. The number of IT and aerospace companies setting up their development centers are growing on a larger scale. India is rich with cost-effective talent pool of engineers, which makes us a long term option for aerospace companies, in turn a long term career option for us!

    Batch size:
    Only 10 students per batch, this is to have one-to-one interaction with each student.

    Eligibility:
    Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical/Avionics) (With 3 year course, including who are in last semester, OJT), B.Tech - Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronics.

    Undergone on job training at HAL, Kanpur on Dornier 228.
    Total Aeronautical Experience
    - 2Years and 6 months as Aircraft Technician.

    Nature of Work
    - Profound knowledge in Integration, Testing and Functional Checks on avionics Systems.
    - Intallation and removal of avionics instruments.
    - battery unit change,Charging of different methods and battery inspection.
    - Trained in drilling, riveting, grinding, shearing, and maintenance of ground equipments.
    - Prepared draft for maintenance and inspection manual for ground maintenance equipments.
    - Bench check of Line Replacement Units in avionics system.
    - Performed Refueling and Marshalling on CESSNA Aircraft.
