    Job Description
    - Review of customer contracts.
    - Drive the Legal Process effectively.
    - Work closely with the Company Secretary on all board related matters with focus on compliance & corporate governance.
    - Gather knowledge, draft, and review & release Standard Operating procedures for Legal tasks for training and subsequent usage.
    - Work closely with Company Secretary to run Legal Process within the company which will cover all customer contracts, Lease Agreements & Agreements with Vendors.
    - Update and manage controlled versions of Standard Operating procedures for legal tasks for the team in consensus with client
