Training:
ROLE OF ACADEMY
Recruitment:
Academy has established its recruitment centers in Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar for recruitment of security guards for training purpose.

Training :
After recruitment and documentations, the academy imparts 160 Hours total training i.e. 100 hours class room instructions & 60 hours field training spread over 20 working days in security, safety & vigilance. The total training is divided in four parts:

Theoretical & Practical Training – The syllabus defined in PSAR Act 2005 & Rule 2009 is prepared in Hindi and put in Training scripts for the teaching purpose. The candidates are taught in simple language to understand the subject. The teaching aids like Posters, Banners & charts are used to grasp the subject easily. The class room instruction is delivered with the help of video projection in pictorial form. Practical training is imparted through live demonstrations of security and fire equipments.

Training Material : To implement systematic and effective training methodology we have the following training material in the academy :
Entrance Test Papers ( To access the basic knowledge of the recruit).

Training Equipments :
The academy is equipped with the following tools and devices for safety and security training.

** Air Gun & Air Pistol

Physical Training :
It comprises of Race, Variation Table, RTC and Pranayam & Yoga, Drill, and Games i.e. Volley ball and KHO-KHO.

Soft Skills :
Soft skill training is provided to the security guards for overall development in general behavior, English language ,Turn out, personality and team spirit.

Special Training ;
Apart from training on regular course, we impart special training in:
Computer basic Knowledge :
It covers Computer fundamental, MS DOS, WINDOWS, MS Office and Internet.

Aiming & Shooting by Air gun and Air pistol :
Aiming and shooting training is given to the security personnel in different positions like- standing, kneeling, sitting and laying positions. It improves the confidence in the security personnel with arms or gunmen to aim the target in emergent situations.

Assault Training :
To build the stamina and improve body resistance to fatigues in undesirable conditions this training is imparted through-
** High Jump
** Long Jump
** Vertical Rope
** Beam
** Hurdles

UAC (Un Armed Combat) Training:
It is very useful to safeguard the self in distress and taught in following 9 tact (Used as last resort to save ones life):
** Brain damage
** Eye Break
** Nose break
** Chin Break
** Ears diaphragm break
** Neck break
** Navel Damage
** Underpants Damage
** Knee Break

Manning Idle Guard Post :
We provide practical training on manning idle guard post in the academy to familiarize the guards with their actual duties and responsibilities on the site with record keeping on post.
