Job Description :
** Review, Improve & approvals of MIS from sectional heads.
** Planning & implementing of internal Quality Control, External Quality Control & proficiency tests with Laboratory Manager & Manager- Quality Assurance.
** Achievements of consumption targets decided by top management.
** Complaint handling & reducing complaints
** Optimum Utilization of staff & equipments
** Appraisal of Sectional heads
** Approve vendor list.
** Handling major breakdowns, repairs & shortages
** Fulfilling the requirements of NABL
** To ensure that turnaround time is maintained through software; Generate documentation for changes made in report
** Ensure results are reported within turnaround time through sectional heads & review their performance in light of this.
** Responsible for the management & documentation of clerical, analytical, pre-analytical error.
** Submission of MIS reports.
** Achieve Revenue, Budgets and Profits in terms of actual Nos . for the Location .
