Job Description
-Attending courts of law/arbitration hearings and police offices to represent the company.
-Drafting of replies to consumer complaints, arbitration claims and police complaints.
-Assisting in quasi- Legal work such as registration of deeds and documents with the office of sub- registrar, liasion with external agencies including government offices such as municipal bodies etc. for registration of offices of the company and maintaining day to day liasion with advocates representing the company in various courts etc.
- At present the opening is for Mumbai. However, job is transferable and the candidate may be required to undergo familiarization at Head office of the Company at Delhi.
