To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
2. To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
4. To maintain and reconcile the direct D]debit mandates.
5. Prepare cheques for payment.
6. To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.
7. To ensure that all post is sent daily.
