Achievements (Last year) : 1) Process standardized through continual improvements resulted in reduction of metal waste by 9% & rejects by 0.5%
2) In-house rejection level reduced from 12.39% to 8.75% 3) PPM level at customer end is 1960 well below the limit of 2500 and of reducing trend 4) Shop productivity improved from 24 c/s per man/day to 27 c/s per man/day 5) Production cost reduced by Rs.1.70 per kg. of Camshaft 6) Unit consumption/ton of liquid metal is reduced by 9 units 7) Passed successfully through a tough process audits conducted by Porsche(Germany) & Leewon (Korea) team for future business plans with PCL
8) Employee skill upgraded through effective training at all level due to which requirement of 20 % skilled man power for foundry units-3 & 4 will be fulfilled
