Project Manager – 1
Given the overall size and complexity of the various projects across the department, this role will need to ensure common standards for accurate tracking and Overall program status tracking and reporting. Using protocols & templates for project planning/tracking, status, issues/risks/actions reporting as established by the PMO. Preparation and distribution of Weekly/Monthly Reporting (Status, Accomplishments, Newsletters, etc.) and Steering Committee Reporting by engaging with product group leads. This role will also have an opportunity for co-ordination & facilitation to address any firm-wide initiatives across the department.

** Identify a single customer representative to interface with the customer including reporting procedures.
** Establishing work breakdown structure.
** Seeking the appointing staff for the project.
** Assessing the terms and conditions of the contract and ensuring timely deliver of project within budget and expected quality.
** Ensuring that internal resources are allocated to project staff.
** Developing and documenting the project control functions and procedures.
** Ensuring that the best technical solutions (with advice from Lead Developer) are offered to the project.
** Carry out a post-project ‘customer satisfaction’ survey.
** Setting up internal audits and reviews of the project.
** Ensuring the correct storage and retention of all project documentation, with particular reference to its commercial security and its relevance to future projects.

Business Analyst - 1
The BAs on this project will be working very closely with project manager and TS to establish strategy to design this project. They will conduct competitor analysis, review existing user research and meet with stakeholders within the business to understand business drivers (goals, objectives, etc.). Additionally, they will work collaboratively to establish a redesign strategy, feature/functionality list, and roadmap for future phases, etc.

Total of 3-8 years of experience out of which 2 years experience in application developmentin Education and IT Industry.

** Technical hands on experience with JAVA/J2EE , PPT2Flash,Video streaming and MySql database
** Developing requirement documents in Object Oriented Design & Programming.
** Exposure to RDBMS and data modeling.
** Object Oriented Design/Programming(5yrs+)

Technical Specialist – 1 (Job Responsibilities/Experience)
Review, Analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Write detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Familiarity with RUP and/or method/1 or other SDLC methodology required. Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions. Detail-oriented and good organizational skills are required. This resource must have Web application development with Flash/Video Streaming experience, specifically around modeling.

Responsible for the development, modification, Installation and maintenance of applications. Understanding of applications, graphical user interfaces or control languages. Understand specifications, design logic, write code, test and debug. Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for applications. Technical resource skill and knowledge includes both basic and new technology experience, plus specific technology and product skills that are on the emerging market space. An understanding of financial modeling and modeling software is required.
