Job Description
The role holder is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of one or more interdependent process actions for a particular product or set of products within regulated standards. At the highest levels the role holder will liaise with internal customers and Team Leaders to ensure completion of complex or exception-based process actions

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Transaction Processing (Required) -
* Efficiently and effectively process routine transactions in accordance with guidelines/ standards

Work Management (Required) -
* Priorities and schedule own work accordingly to meet workload peaks and troughs
* Communicate own work plan issues and escalates potential ¿bottle-necks¿

Control and Risk Mitigation (Required) -
• Adhere to laid out processes and procedures while completing process action
Qualifications & Skills
-Graduate / Post Graduate
-Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
-Good typing speed
-Willingness to work in Shifts (night shifts also)
-Candidates with good typing and knowledge MS Office.
