Role:
To deliver training and execute other training interventions for the given territory

Reporting To:
ATM/ RTM as applicable

Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying Training needs of SBIL employees and distributors through discussions with the area incharge.
• Design and execute a training calendar in consultation with ATM /RTM.
• Create, capture, and maintain MIS. Generate various reports about various training activities and its effect on the performance.
• Maintain inventories / files & related documentation for Training Team
• Undertake all such activities for the effective implementation of training strategy under the guidance ATM / RTM.
Person Profile:

Qualifications: Essential- Graduate / PG, Desirable- Additional qualification in Insurance, / Finance, MS Office & related software.

Experience: 3-5 years. Atleast 2 years in Training. Preference to BFSI/ Retail / Telecom / Pharma.

• Successful delivery for specified no of man days a month
• Successful implementation of various training initiatives / products
• Sales Productivity changes for the trained participants
