Dear sir

I have done M.a English Literature through distance mode from Ambedkar open university in the year 2005-2007-August and my regular B.ed from s.v university completion comes in the year 2007-January now my question is am i eligible for government post graduate teacher where it requires both qualifications.

Is there any such government rule like u should not do a distance and regular course in the same year.

I couldn't find any reference to a rule like this in the documentation.
However please read this rule carefully.

1) Two year Integrated Post Graduate Course from Regional Institute of
Education of NCERT in the concerned subject; or Master’s Degree from UGC recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate

2) B.Ed or equivalent degree with methodology in the concerned subject
from UGC recognized University.

dear sir,my name is n.venkat. sir i had join in m.a english in distance mode at ANU in the year 2007 and completed in the year 2010 april.In the same time in completed BED additional methodology in english in ANDHRA UNIVERSITY in distance mode in 2010 august.

I did B.com with second language english, M.A english and PGDTE( post graduate diploma in teaching english ) from EFL University, hyd. Am i eligible for dse SA English and Model Schools PGT.

Must possess APTET (Paper-I) Pass Certificate/ Memorandum of marks in respect of SGT and APTET (Paper–II with any optional subject) Pass Certificate/ Memorandum of marks in respect of School Assistant and Language Pandit, with 60% and above score in respect of General candidates, 50% and above score in respect of B.C candidates, 40% and above score in respect of SC/ST candidates and differently abled (at least 40% handicap in respect of Orthopedic / Visually Impaired and 75% handicap in respect of Hearing Impaired).
Must possess Academic degrees of Universities recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC).

Sir, I am anita. I would like to know if PGDTE is equal to B.ED can i apply for dsc with PGDTE not having B.Ed. In 2006 and 2008 the state government has accepted with this qualification for dsc and model schools for english subject. Could you please tell me even now it is accepted.
