Job Description
MSys Inc., India is looking for an IT Recruiter cum Marketing Executive with one year experience in UK staffing to develop and manage both candidates and clientâs based in UK. Seeking novice aspirants also, if the candidate is having excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must have the following skills:
Ability to write own advertisements.
Screen the best candidates and Headhunt potentials.
Sound knowledge on IT Concepts and latest trends.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment

On the client side you will actively seek new business, as well as maintaining and developing existing client by delivering to their recruitment needs.
Good understanding of different technologies(SAP, Oracle, Cognos, Murex,
Calypso, Documentum, Java / J2EE, and Data warehousing etc., )

Responsibilities:
Business Development â Calling clients in the USA, UK and Europe
Resouring â Advertising in UK / USA Job Portal, Internal Database, Referrals, and Head hunting.
Negotiation â Negotiate with candidates and clients.
Analyzing the requirements.
Able to work more hours to fulfill the companyâs requirements.
Maintain account database and follow established processes.
Managing agency relationships across USA, UK and Europe.
Work Hours: Europe and USA Timings.

Qualifications:
Experience in developing lead generation strategies and sales/marketing plans for new accounts.
Ability to create and nurture relationships with hiring managers and senior executives.
Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.
More than two years of experience in the recruitment / staffing industry.
Superior telephonic and interpersonal communication skills.
MBA is a definite plus.
