The University has launched four new programmes pertaining to Ayurveda in collaboration with INSTITUTE OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH VEDAS (I.S.E.R.V.E) from the academic year 2011-12. The new programmes are :
1. P.G.Diploma in Social and Preventive Indian Health Care
2. Diploma in Herbal Products
3. Certificate in Indian Health Science
4. Certificate in Herbal Home Remedies.

(1). P.G.Diploma in Social and Preventive Indian Health Care :
(i). Duration : 1 Year(2 semesters) Each Semester 6 months.
(ii). Eligibility : The course is designed for the people, who have completed their graduation in the field of biology or related fields. i.e. candidates,who are the citizens of India and who passes the graduation in the field of Biology or Related Fields or equivalent qualifications(Biotechnology, Micro-Biology, Pharmacy etc…) are eligible to apply. Apart from this, Professional medical degree holders of any system of medicine can pursue these programmes to enhance additional expertise so as to provide comprehensive treatment to the needy.

(iii).Objectives : This advanced course acquire increases awareness, education, knowledge, skills and expertise in Indian health sciences. The expertise would help in conducting health awareness education programs among the needy and serve the society either on own or in association with such orgranizations. Fee Details Tuition Fees: Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) Examination Fee: Rs.100 per each paper(5 theory papers) Work Shop Fee: Rs. 500 per work shop(3 workshops) Practical Fee: Rs. 500 per practical(3 practical)

(2). Diploma in Herbal Products :
(i). Duration : 1 Year(2 semesters) Each Semester 6 months.
(ii). Eligibility : The course is designed for Intermediate Biology pass outs i.e. candidates, who are the citizens of India and who passes Intermediate/ 10+2 or equivalent qualifications are eligible to apply.
(iii). Objectives : In addition to the benefits as explained above, the learners, can persue their graduation, enter medicine, pharmacy, agriculture and other professional courses through EAMCET. Useful for the people, who want to offer services as paramedical and assistants in Ayurvedic hospitals, panch karma centers, dispensaries, educational institutions etc.,

Fee Details :
Tuition Fees : Rs.12,000/-(Rupees Twelve Thousand)
Examination Fee : Rs.100 per each paper(4 theory papers)
Work Shop Fee : Rs. 300 per work shop(2 workshops)
Practical Fee : Rs. 300 per practical(2 practical)

(3). Certificate in Indian Health Science; and
(4). Certificate in Herbal Home Remedies;
(i). Duration : 6 months(2 sessions) each session 3 months.
(ii). Eligibility : The courses are designed for pass outs of 10th class i.e. candidates, who are the citizens of India and who passes S.S.C./10th Standard or equivalent qualifications are eligible to apply of these Programs.
(iii). Objectives : The learners, can pursue their career in the field of biology, biotech, medicine, pharmacy, other related subjects, self therapies like home remedies etc., and can enhance their knowledge and skills.

Tuition Fees : Rs.8,000/-(Rupees Eight Thousand)
Examination Fee : Rs.75 per each paper(3 theory papers)
Work Shop Fee : Rs. 200 per work shop(1 workshop)
Practical Fee : Rs. 200 per practical(1 practical)

Sale & submission of Application Forms for the 4 Programmes without late fee is upto : 31-01-2012.
With a late fee of Rs :200/- upto : 29-02-2012.
Note : All the courses are offered in both Telugu and English media.
Intake of candidates for each programme in each media at each center is fifty.
