Desired Skills:
· Strong work experience in manual & automated testing tools for web based applications.
· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
· Real time experience using Test director, Winrunner, Load runner · Strong in basic QA concepts

Job Description:
· The Software Tester has overall responsibility of working with IT applications team on web based workflow management system.
· Continuous supervision of the design and development activities and implementing the best strategies using manual testing and automated testing tools.
· Ability to maintain schedules · Continuous guidance to design and development team by following the standards and policies.
· Successful in time management and completion oftask within cost constraints.
· Regular interaction with peers, managers, and other design and development teams · Wrote test cases and test plans for the project · Executed test cases · Investigated potential defects and discussed them with developers · Logged defects during the test execution phase · Reported test results to the project manager participated in business requirements review sessions with the peers and business users · Organized and participated in test plans walkthroughs · Tested the application in functional and system integration testing · Wrote traceability matrix to reflect test coverage · Prioritized test requirements and organized test cases accordingly · Acted as subject expert matter in the functionality assigned for the Project
