JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1. 2-3 years hands-on experience in Web Design and Flash animation
2. Expert knowledge of Flash animation techniques using the timeline and programmatic motion
3. Strong design sensibilities and technical expertise, coupled with an understanding of web usability and information architecture.
4. Proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop
5. Must be able to translate design concepts into Flash pieces
6. Proven ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines
7. Candidates with experience in e-learning course development is a plus
