Job Description :
Increase market potential of Baegan with new initiatives
Co-ordinate with our existing customers and make projects successful
Be able to negotiate financially and be able to close deals with our customers Sign business contracts with our customers
Developing and understanding of Baegan business in IT / µElectronics and Agriculture Willingness to travel 40% Be able to conduct Business deals from start-to-end
Skills :
** Project Management skills Time planning, Resource planning, Cost Planning etc.
** Should be able to lead projects from start to end
** Provide critical inputs on Managing Baegan Understand the boundaries of various technologies Electrical, Electronics, µElectronics and suggest solutions to market Will be trained technically to assimilate state of the art technologies
** Good understanding of Business flow Self-Motivator Excellent communication skills in English and Mother tongue

2. Mechanical Engineer / Full Time

Incentives : up to 20% of base salary incentive based on the performance
Expectations : Mechanical Engineering (B.E/M.E/M.Tech);
