    Bonding forces and energy bands in solids, charge carriers in

    Tunnel Diode : degenerate semiconductors, 10.1 8
    IMPATT diode; 10.2
    10.3.1, 10.3.2
    The transferred electron mechanism : The GUNN diode.
    11.1 to 11.3
    P-N-P-N diode, semiconductor controlled rectifier (SCR), bilateral

    devices : DIAC, TRIAC, IGBT.
