Walk in interview for the following vacant or likely to be vacant posts of Senior Resident/Junior Residents on regular basis will be held on 23.02.2012 & 24.02.2012 for Senior Residents and on 22.02.2012 for Junior residents in the hospital at 10.00 AM. The appointment will be for a period of one year for Senior Residents extendable up to further period two Years (Total three years ) or till the centralized recruitment of SRs by Govt. of NCT of Delhi whichever is earlier , and for six months for junior Residents extendable up to further six months (Total One year) :-

CRITERIA OF ELIGIBILITY :-
For Sr. Resident :- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a Recognized University. The candidate should be registered with DMC and must have not completed 03 years Senior Residency in any Hospital in India.
For Jr. Resident : MBBS from recognized university, registered with Delhi Medical Council.

AGE LIMIT :
40 Years for both Sr. Resident and Jr. Resident as on 07.02.2012.

Eligible candidates may appear in the interview with their bio data at the M.S. Office on the date of interview at 9.00 A.M. with attested copies of testimonials

It is a national company recognised by Govt of India,which had contact with overseas companies based in USA & UK.This company manufactured Pesticides,Insecticides,Soap oil,Phenyle,Perfumes,Room Freshners.
The Head office was based at Bangalore and branches in various cities of India.The company Imported raw materials from various parts of the country and Exported the products as per the orders received.
MY ROLE IN THE COMPANY
I was a General Manager in this company.
My role was to manage all job categories of the company.
The different roles I played in this company are-
1. I Recruited staff to all the departments like Manufacturing Dept,Processing Dept,Quality Dept,Analysis Dept,Marketing Dept,Packaging Dept,Payroll dept,Shipment Department.
2. I was In charge of management of Import-Export of Products into the company, for this I had to Client Management, Event
Management, Company and Product Presentation, Client Meeting [if necessary travel overseas as well].
3. I was Incharge for the processing of the Salary to all
employees,Tax,Audit,Payment related issues.
4. I was managing the Marketing sector mentoring the Sales
executives,Sales leads,Area Manager,Sector Manager.
5. I was responsible for the company Profit and loss in regards to
the quality of the products released into the market.So Quality
dept reported to me.
6. I managed the Packaging standards and Shipment of the
products,also the survey sector.
I also had the power of expulsion of non performing Employee,so handling exit interveiws etc. I also had the rights to take decisions for the company to maintain the good will in the market.
This company was a Family business , it got shut down due to personal reasons in the month of january 2007
