ELGI has started looking at its processes critically through Six Sigma way. Thirty black belts in the organization, work on Six Sigma projects and are bringing substantial process improvements and gains to the company.

A robust vendor Quality improvement system ensures ELGI’s objective of maintaining mutual customer supplier relationship. The system supports the supplier and encourages the suppliers in pursuing improvement activities at his end.

ELGI’s unique ‘Customer Care System’ addresses customer’s complaints and ensures prompt service to the customer. The system helps us maintain the history of our products at customer and the history which will be used to correctly diagnose the issues in ELGI products at customer end and solve them.
