    Trainee Marine Engineer for Diploma Holders ( 2 Yrs)
    This program lays equal emphasis on theory and practice. It enables one to start as Trainee Marine Engineer on board, and to steadily rise to the rank of Chief Engineer after the required qualifying exams.

    Eligibility Criteria
    ** Dip.Mech/EEE/Marine Engg
    ** Ship-building Engg
    ** 50% Average in Final year.
    ** 50% in English at 10th / Diploma
    ** Age:up to 28 years
    ** Fee: Rs.3,00,000/-

    Anticipated Emoluments
    After Pre-Sea Training - as a Junior Engineer - Rs. 12,000 to 15,000. (Approx)
    After raising level of Chief Engineer - Rs. 4,00,000 to 6,00,000. (Approx)
    The candidate has to clear the medical test conducted by DG approved Doctor.

    Bsc Nautical Science (3Yrs)
    This course is offered will under affiliation from Alagappa University , Karaikudi. Participants undergo thorough training in basics plus all theoretical and practical aspects of the nautical side of a ship. Along with qualifying exams, aspirants can gradually elevate themselves up to the Master cadre.

    Emoluments
    After Pre-Sea Training - as a Junior Officer - Rs. 20,000 to 30,000.
    After raising to the level of Captain - Rs. 4,00,000 to 6,00,000.

    ** 10+2 Std (MPC -60% and above) + 50% in English
    ** Up to 25 years
