SEART provides the following categories of scholarships and merit awards to the students seeking admission in any one of the graduate degree professional education programmes i.e. BBA, BCAf B.Com-Certified Accounts Executive B.Ed, in any one of its associate colleges/institutions affiliated to CCS University, Meerut being run under self-finance scheme-

SCHOLARSHIPS
(i) Merit Scholarship :
** Merit scholarship is available to every category of students irrespective of their caste, creed and sex or religious faith;
** Merit scholarship may also be awarded to the students belonging to SC/ST OBC or Minority category as an addition to the award of scholarship to them by 'Ssmaj Kaiyan Vibhag of UP Government;
** The Merit scholarship shall be given on monthly basis for 10 months in an academic year. Ten post dated advance cheques shall be issued in the name of the scholar at the time of admission; However, the merit scholarship may be cancelled forthwith and the stop payment instructions shall be given to the paying banker, if the report is received from the college that
(i) The scholar is not regular in the classes;
(ii) He or she leaves the study in the mid of the session;
(iii) The scholar is defaulter of college fee; or
(iv) The scholar is guilty of indiscipline in the college
Incase the performance of the scholar in examination changes in the current year, the amount of scholarship would be changed in the next year accordingly;

(ii) Bursary Scholarship :
The bursary scholarship is awarded to the candidates belonging to the economically weaker sections of the society including SC/ST OBC, Minority and Upper Caste, but not to the candidates who are eligible of getting scholarship or fee reimbursements from the State Government or any other agency;
The amount of one time bursary scholarship would be equal to the 50% of the prescribed tuition fee or Rs 5,000 in case of BBA, BCA and B. Com- Certified Accounts Executive or Rs 10,000 in case of B. Ed. which ever less is, payable directly in the name of the associate college only where the incumbent is seeking admission;
The SEART's Kit of study material, text books, stationery etc for BBA, BCA, B. Ed. B. Com,- Certified Accounts Executive Programmes classes shall also be provided to the 'Bursary Scholar' free of cost on lending basis for the entire session.
The bursary scholarship can be sanctioned only on the recommendation of at least two persons mentioned below-

1. Principal of the college/class last attended;
2. MLA, MP, Gazetted Officer of Central or State Government
or a Committee Member of Associate College
Merit Awards Gold Medals with Cash award -

Dr. Laxrns Dayaf Kasumar Gold Medal
A student of any one of the courses in the associate "College of Professional Education' securing 1st to 10th Position in the university shall be awarded "Dr. Laxmi Dayal Kasumar gold Medal' with a cash award of Rs. 10,000

Shushila Rani Gold Medal:
A student of BBA of the associate 'College of Professional Education' securing 1st Position in the college with at least 75% or more marks shall be awarded Shushila Rani Gold Medal' with a cash award of Rs 5,000.

Mangnanarcd Saxena Gold Medal:
A student of BCA of the associate College of Professional Education' securing 1st Position in the college with at least 75% or more marks shah be awarded Mangnanand Saxena Gold Medal' with a cash award of Rs 5,000.

Maya Rani Gold Medal:
A student of B.Com- Certified Accounts Executive of the associate College of Professional Education' securing 1st Position in the college with at least 75% or more marks shall be awarded 'Maya Rani Gold Medal' with a cash award of Rs 5,000.

Sureshwar Prasad Gold Medal:
A student of B.Ed. of the associate College of Professional Education' securing 1st Position in the college with at least 75% or more marks shall be awarded Sureshwar Prasad Gold Medal' with a cash award of Rs. 5,000.

Dr Chandra Kanta Gold Medal:
The student with the overall best performance in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities may be acclaimed as Best Student of the Year' and shall be awarded Dr Chandra Kanta Gold Medal with a cash award of Rs. 5,000.
