Job Description
To manage the relationship with Analysts, Investors, Fund Managers (domestic and international) of Institutional investors.
To participate in Investor Conferences organized by various leading research houses.
Conduct Non-Deal Road show to meet investors and build awareness of the company among the existing / potential investors.
To conduct conference call / analyst meet for Investors and Analysts on the events like, Quarterly results / annual result.
To prepare Information Memorandum, updates on key events, press releases, to share with Analysts / Investors.
To prepare Quarterly Investor report.
To plan, coordinate and accompany for plant / site visits with Analysts / investors / brokers.
To track the prices of comparable / peer group companies in international and domestic market and the shareholding of Company on regular basis.
Find areas of improvement vis a vis competitors.
To maintain Analysts and Investors database.

Looking for a person with pleasing personality with minimum 5-8 years of experience in Investor Relations dept.

Sir,
Thanks for your mail. All I need in this transaction is some one whom will present him self to the company, as the local dealer of the product. I will use my position within the company to ensure that supply order is issued in your favor.
