- For ease of construction of ships & for establishing of the ship yard, the goliath crane is been used. The maximum lifting capacity of the crane is 600 tons is used for ships construction which has a span of 148m, which comprised of 36 blocks, which used approximate of 2500 tons of steels.
- For the survey of seismic activities and oceanic study the survey vessel was being built for Singapore Shipyard Limited, the overall length of the ship was 68m and with being 20m at midship.
- BSL had a requirement for a vessel which had capacity to carry heavy anchor of ships and which also had the provision to be used as an offshore loading vehicle.
ROLE : DESIGN ENGINEER.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Through understanding of general arrangement (G.A) drawing issued by the clients.

Project
Academic Project- Automatic loading on vehicle and label sensing.
Gripping mechanism is used. Mechanism used to locate and place the load. We used control circuit to identify label and locate vehicle. Project has been developed for sensing the label of the product and loading the right product into right vehicle automatically in micro this the packed load is coming on the table which is gripped by the gripper assembly by the switch activation and lift up and the movement sliding starts on the guide rail. The vehicle will be parked on the loading bay and the vehicle will be having emitting device which is sensed by the moving assembly which stops by sensing the particular vehicle. The parcel is read at the lifting point by the gripper assembly and the particular vehicle is identified accordingly assembly will stop at the particular bay and the down slide starts and at the end of the downward slide, the un-gripping starts to un-grip the parcel on the vehicle. The vehicle may have stacked at any bay and the gripper will identify the vehicle parked at any bay.
