Teams are an important element in the new high performance forms of organization. It is important to understand what teams are and what they aren't, if they are to be used effectively.

Communication
No one can exist without effective communication. Direction or command is not communication.The main cause of most of the problems that are encountered in the organisations are due to ineffective communication.
