Job Description
Candidate is expected to have the following attributes:

1. Comprehension capability of a project in totality
2. Systematic approach towards managing the project deliverables from conception to completion.
3. Architectural design skills from projected requirements,design adherence to all applicable design and regulatory codes and standards, knowlege of relevant building systems and services.
4. Coordination of Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC drawings with Architectural drawings.
5. To develop and guide the preparation of Municipal Approval drawings and all Good for Construction drawings of Architecture in coordination with the Engineering Services inputs.
6. To attend technical meetings as and when required with Project Managers posted at site and coordinate with them for smooth flow of deliverables from office.
7. To maintain records of all work process flow in accordance with the office protocols.
8. To liaise with other departments on site to ensure full feedback of information.
9. To provide information, instructions and sketches to enable the works at site to be built correctly.

Desired Candidate Profile
S/he should be B.Arch. from a reputed institute with around 3 to 5 years of experience or M.Arch. with around 1 to 2 years of experience. Should have a knowledge of Autocad, MS word, MS Excel and Powerpoint and knowledge of other software packages would be appreciated. S/he should have good communication skills. Excellent inter-personal skills are pre-requisite for the job.
