Vacancies : Certain vacancies are earmarked for filling through transfer/absorption from other Government Departments, etc. Therefore the number of posts mentioned above are tentative and Department reserves the right to change the number of vacancies at any time.

Age : Age limit for general candidates will be 18 to 27 Years.

Minimum essential qualification :

(a) Store keeper Grade-II(SK-II) Must have passed matriculation or equivalent exam from a recognized University/ Board.
(b) Peon Must have passed matriculation or equivalent exam from recognized University/Board.
(e) Chowkidar Must have passed matriculation or equivalent exam of recognized University/Board and should be conversant with the duties of Chowkidar and should be physically fit. (f) Safaiwala Must have passed matriculation or equivalent exam of recognized University/Board. (g) Mate Electrician, Must have passed ITI examination in Electrician Trade from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent course from the Institute recognized by National College for Vocational Training (NCVT).

Certificates to be Attached. Candidates should ensure that they should attach with their application self attested copies of the following documents :-
(a) Matriculation or equivalent certificate in support of their declaration of age.
(b) Education qualification certificates.
(c) If the qualification possessed by the candidate is equivalent, then the authority (which ever is applicable) under which it has been so treated must be indicated.
(d) An attested copy of a certificate in support of any claim / relaxation (wherever applicable) in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority (original to be produced at the time of interview/Practical Test).
(e) Certificate (s) from the Head(s) or Organisation(s) / Department(s) for the entire experience claimed, clearly mentioning the duration of employment (date, month & year) indicating the basic pay and consolidated pay. The certificate(s) should also mention the nature of duties performed / experience obtained in the posts(s) with durations(s)

Who will we know that mes has sent us a syllabus?

The syllabus for written examination will be of the minimum education standard prescribed for each category covering all the topics mentioned in their curriculum and also general topics.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE :
Citizen Identification Management System (CIMS) :- The Total Online Solution.
Using this system citizen can register for their Citizen Identification Card .to register citizen have to go on the website of CIMS and go to Online Form option. Their he/she will get Application Form but before filling this form he/she will have to go nearest photo/fingerprint collection office to get there fingerprints and photographs scanned at that time he/she will get a Unique Photo ID Number. This photo and fingerprints will be directly stored on administrators server where it will be used while printing citizen identity card .
Use this photo id Number while filling this Registration form and enter your valid details and this form will be validated before submitting . After submission entered data will go to “cid Database” where it will be stored with the Primary Key as photo ID.
Now administrator will use admin form where he will enter photo ID number and the corresponding data of that photo ID number will be viewed to administrator where they will confirm
Citizen card of that person and he will assign 16 digit unique identification number and this data along with the Unique ID number will be stored in Acid database and this data will be used by only by the administrator and for printing card.
Citizen can search their card by using search option on main page of CIMS after that he will get search page , where he will have to provide his photo ID number along with name and date of birth. After submitting the form the System will search in Acid database ,if the data is present in the Acid database it will display his or her information with the unique ID else it will search in Cid database and it will display information without unique ID,that means your card is not being confirmed or authorized by administrator.
If citizen wants to track the status of the card he will have to click on the status button on the main page of CIMS after that he will get track status page , where he will have to provide his photo ID number along with name and date of birth. After submitting the form the System will search in Acid database ,if the data is present in the Acid database it will display his or her information with the unique ID in the card format and give the message that your card is authorized by administrator and is ready for printing else it will search in Cid database and will display message that your card is not being authorized please see your status after few days.
If the citizen wants to correct his or her record he will have to click on correct button on the main page after that he will get correct record page , where he will have to provide his photo ID number along with name and date of birth. After submitting the form the System will search in Acid database ,if the data is present in the Acid database it will display message that your card is authorized by CIMS and now citizen cannot change your record , if citizen want to change your record click on contact button where more contact information will be provided to citizen . if data does not exist in Acid it will search in cid database and correct record form will be provided to citizen where citizen will be able to make changes in the record. After submitting it will update your record in Cid database.
If citizen cannot fill online form they can click on download button on the main page where they will be provided with a link to download form of PDF format.
Citizen can see his or her constituency map by clicking on the map button on home page
Citizen are also provided with FAQ ,Register Complaint and gallery option.
