Training
The uReach team works with each customer to "train the trainers" in the organization. Our training group works with the customer to ensure they are comfortable with all aspects of the system and can confidently operate and implement the new solution. This trained group can then train teams internally.

Training modules cover all aspects of system and architecture, customer care and administration. Training materials that are tailored to the customer's unique applications and classes-of-service are also available. Sessions typically last between one and four days. Classes are delivered at our Carrier College in Andover, MA, or may be delivered at the customer's location.

Hosted and Managed Services
uReach distinguishes itself through its flexible business model. While some of our customers choose to license our solution and manage it internally, others decide to have their employees remain focused on their core business objectives and choose either uReach's carrier-grade hosted solution or the hybrid, managed services model.

Hosted Solutions
In a hosted deployment, uReach owns the equipment and operates the services in our own application hosting facility, which provides complete physical and network security and redundancy. Customers who choose uReach's hosted solutions enjoy a faster time-to-market, lower capital investments and the ability to offer highly segmented services for small, but profitable groups of customers.

In a hosted deployment, uReach provides customers with infrastructure and hardware management, 7x24 event monitoring and response, capacity monitoring and planning, and customer notification of maintenance activities and service issues.

Managed Services
In a managed services deployment, uReach provides full management of the applications and services while the customer owns and manages the hardware. This "hybrid" approach allows the customer to own the solution while leveraging uReach's expertise to manage the services and infrastructure.
