APPLICATION : The candidates shall submit their application form to any of the concerned Superintending Engineer/Operation/APCPDCL which will be treated as Local or Open based on study from class IV to Class X. The candidates who submit more than one application will be disqualified.

There is no exam, so no syllabus :)

The candidates who are eligible as per the terms of the Notification shall have to appear
for the following tests:
i) Meter Reading.
ii) Cycling.
iii) Pole Climbing.

The candidates, who pass all the above tests alone, will become eligible for further evaluation of marks secured in SSLC/SSC/10th Class and I.T.I. or Intermediate Vocational course in Electrical Domestic Appliances and Rewinding (EDAR) and Electrical Wiring & Contracting (EWC) on par with Electrical Wiring and Servicing of Electrical Appliances (EW & SEA) from a recognized Institution/Board. If all things being equal, then age will be the deciding criterion for selection.
