Position : General Manager (Production) - One (General)

Qualification : At least second class post graduate degree in botany or agriculture with specialization in Plant Breeding Genetics, Agronomy or Horticulture.

Experience : At least 15 years in supervisory capacity in Agricultural Field out of which at least 10 years supervisory experience should be in the work relating to production of quality seeds.

Desirable :
(i) Ph.D. in Plant breeding or genetics or agronomy or plant pathology.
(ii)Administrative experience in management of agricultural farms / Seed Production.
(iii)Good working knowledge of agricultural programmes and agro climatic condition in different parts of the country.

Age : Not exceeding 50 years as on 01.01.2012

Pay Scale : Rs. 43200-66000 (IDA). Total emoluments at minimum of the basic pay would be Rs. 98,500/- p.m (approx.) in Delhi. CTC per annum Rs 15 Lakh (Approx).

happy evening. I Mr.Suresh. qualification M.Sc.(Agri.), specilisation in seed science and technology.
I have total 12 years experience, out of which 10 years 6 months as Field officer in Nationalized bank and 1 year 6 months as Area manager in reputed NGO.
