- The data is migrated from the ‘DIRRECT’ database to ENOVIA LCA database and then Converted from V4 to V5 with all customer requirements.
- Extract the models from the aircraft production drawings and update them by using CATIA-V5.
- Study of Inputs like Boeing Design Manuals (BDM), Boeing Conversion manuals (BCM), Catia V4 Datasets, Input 2D Drawings and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance.
- Creating Drawing as per Boeing Standards
- Resolving the technical Issues rose while conversion and Quality check of data before delivering to customer.
- VSM Implementation and identifying automation areas to minimize the efforts and to improve the efficiency without affecting the Quality.
