MINIMUM QUALIFICATION : A Bachelors Degree in Science/ Commerce/Arts/Law/Engineering/Information Technology/ Management from recognized University/ Institution of repute, preferably with an MBA/PGD in Marketing/International Trade/Materials/HR/Logistics. Applicants must have at least 60% marks throughout their academic career. However, candidate having min 55% marks in Honors/Masters/ Engg. Degree with 60% marks in all other pre-degree examinations will also be eligible. Relaxation of 5% in marks will be given to PWD candidates.
EXPERIENCE : Fresher whose results are awaited need not apply.

- Prepare, Establish, Review and approve Non Destructive Examination (NDE) Procedures in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standards and co-ordinating, Witness, evaluation and interpretation of NDT techniques like RT, UT, MT, & PT. - Conducting, Organizing ASNT NDT Level I & II training program and qualifying NDE personnel in accordance with SNT-TC-1A.
- Knowledge of Steel Welding NDT, control of non conformities, review of welding data books, witness of hydrostatic tests, issuance of punch lists, pre commissioning inspection of mechanical items, issuance of acceptance reports etc.
- I have experience in coordination with Client Inspectors for various inspection activities as per Quality Control Plan. I was responsible for review of WPS and witnessing the PQR test and Welder Qualification test for steel and Polyethylene Line, Fusion Visual Inspection, various Bend Tests and preparation of reports as per quality control plan and procedures.
- Monitoring and surveillance of dimensional checks of tanks such as Peaking, Banding, roundness, levelness and Plumbness checking in every stage of erection in Storage Tanks to ensure that the tolerance are meeting as specified in the applicable code, standards, and Client specification.
- Monitoring and Witness for the Vacuum Box Test for Tank Bottom plate lap joints, Oil penetrant Test for Tank Corner joints & Pad leak test for Nozzles.
- Monitoring and Random Witness for Settlement Reading on each stages of Water filling for Hydro Test of Storage Tanks by instrument like optical Level.
- Detecting the unacceptable trends, before, during and after welding and after confirmation with procedures and Specification, initiating corrective action.
- Monitoring and surveillance of pipe line activities such as stringing, welding, lowering, tie-in, coating, holiday test, pigging and hydro test.
- Interpreting the RT films and approving accepted and rejected joints as per B 31.3, B 31.1(piping), API 1104 (pipe line) and API 650 for storage thanks
- Time to time monitoring and surveillance of welding consumable control such as reviewing daily log book, batch no against electrode, temperature control for drying oven and heating ovens and quivers.
- Review of test packages and line check for pipe line, piping, tanks and punching out the lines before Hydro test.
- Monitoring and surveillance of different type of pipe line inspections as per QCP such as reviewing of RT filims, Drawings, Material certificates, WPS, QC Procedures.
Witnessing of Welder qualification, PQR, Installation of pipe lines under Roads and Rail cross, Pipe line lowering, Holiday test before lowering of pipe line and Hydro test.
- Attending QA/QC weekly meeting with and contractors’ QC team for discussing unacceptable problems and propose solutions.
- Preparing and implementing SOP, Control plan, Inspection Test Plan and Method Statement for various activities involved in the Heavy Fabrication, construction of Petrochemical Plant as project specification & relevant International Standards and getting approvals from the client.
- Leader in conducting Quality Audits, Internal QMS Audit, finding the Non conformities and suggesting corrective action to resolve.
- Able to Perform Welding Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) in case of variation in the essentials variable with existing PQR, as per international standards and additional requirement of client.

My query about the post for management trainee.
1- It has been mentioned that there would a One year training. Could you please advise, will we be paid during Trainee period as well.
2- On the application form, it was mentioned - To be submitted neatly typed in brackets. I have submitted my form in typed and not hand written. Will my application be selected?
`E-0: 12,600-3%-32,500 (Min. gross pay `24,000/- per month). In addition, benefits like Medical reimbursement, PF, gratuity, leave encashment, etc are also payable.
You have submitted form typed. They have asked for to submit neatly typed form. SO what is the question here???
