Job Description
Processing prospective studentsâ applications
Issuing and/or revising Letters of Offer
Issuing and/or revising Confirmations of Enrolments (CoEs)
Liasing with the finance department re receipt of student fees
Liasing with the marketing department re the processing of student enrolments
Liasing with education agents and/or prospective students re status of initial applications and/or revisions to applications
Managing student application and enrolment documents
Entering student enrolment information and revisions to enrolment information on database
Processing university pathway applications
General administration duties
Other duties as required by the position

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should be self motivated with an ability to work with little supervision in a demanding environment.
Excellent computer skills and an attention to detail are essential as is the ability to deal with clients enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
