Qualification Conditions :
1. First Class Post-Graduate /Post –Graduate with 50% marks and M.Phil Degree in relevant discipline. Preference will be given to those having Ph.D Degree.
2. Two years experience in research projects in the field to public administration as understood broadly to include politics and administration, sociology and administration, economics and administration, rural administration, urban administration. Preference would be given to those having quality publications and / or experience of administrating research projects.
3. Age maximum 35 years.

Scale of pay : PB-II `.9300-34800 plus GP Rs. 4600

General Conditions
The post carries allowances such as DA, CCA, HRA, etc. as per the rules of the Institute, which at present correspond to those admissible to the Central Government Employees.
Qualifications and age are relaxable in the case of exceptionally well qualified candidates. The position advertised may or may not be filled up. Other things being equal, preference will be given to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates. Persons in employment should apply through the proper channel.

M Pharma Dissertation on “Chemo protective potential of Momordica charantia L. seeds extract against cyclophosphamide induced oxidative stress and genotoxicity activity in bone marrow”.
Overview : -- In present study it was observed that the extract was rich in alkaloid, flavonoid, carbohydrate, tannin and phenolic compound. Momordica charantia showed very good in-vitro antioxidant activity. Extract also showed good protection against cyclophophamide induced toxicity at organ level , tissue level as well as chromosomal level. This protection would be due to antioxidant activity of extract. Thus from present study it can concluded that extract is very good chemoprotective and thus it can be used as an adjuvant toward cyclophosphamide chemotherapy.
Data analysis :- All of result has been analyzed by One way ANOVA followed by Benferroni’s Test p<0.05 has been considered as the level of significance.
B Phama project On “Pharmacological Screening of Oral Hypoglycaemics Agent”.
Overview :-- The following study was conducted to investigate the Oral hypoglycemic agent. Oral medication is initiated when 2-3 months of diet and exercise alone are unable to achieve or maintain their optimal plasma glucose levels. However, a trial of diet and exercise alone should be reserved for these patients with asymptomatic hyperglycemia. If patients are symptomatic, oral antidiabetic agents or insulin should be initiated in concert with diet and exercise. Current therapy for the treatment of hyperglycemia of type II diabetes includes the following oral antidiabetic agents such as sulfonylureas, biguanides, meglitinide analogues, thiazolidinedione’s and a- glycosidase inhibitors.
