JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Detailed Design:
- Conversant with international design codes and standards for power piping and process piping.
- Preparation of Line List, Equipment list, Valve list, Specialty item list.
- Identifying the Stress critical lines from the P&ID and line list as per the Stress Specification. Preparing the Stress Critical Line list.
- preparation and checking of specifications data sheet.
- Study of piping and preparation of piping layouts and isometric drawing with supports.
- 3D Piping Modeling and Equipment Modeling using CADWorx & PDMS.
- Stress analysis for critical lines using CAESAR II.
- Preparation of stress report.
- Designing of pipe supports for pipe lines in CADWorx & PDMS.
- Preparation of piping ISOMETRIC drawings.
- Review of supports and isometric final deliverables. Extraction of Isometric drawings from PGAD and P&ID for individual lines with B.O.M.
- Preparation of piping general arrangement drawings
- Mark logical support to piping.
- Preparation of MTO.
- Checking of MTO.
- Detailed piping design, nozzle orientation of vessel & column.
- Checking equipment and nozzle coordinates against equipment layout and mechanical drawing.
- Review the mechanical drawings and locate nozzles and support cleats as require for piping.
- Preparation of pipe support detail drawings for Fabrication.
- Preparation of Equipment detail drawings for Fabrication.

Consolidated Bio-Processing method considering economy as a major factor.
