    We are one of the leading Urban Co-op. Bank in the country having a network of 104 branches spread across Maharashtra, Gujarat and Karnataka State. We are looking for suitable candidates who fulfill the following eligibility norms for recruitment.

    Qualification as on 01-01-2012 :
    MBA in HR (full time) or Masters in Labour Studies (full time) from reputed
    Institute/University(approved by AICTE), preferably possessing LLB degree with specialization in Labour Laws.

    Experience :
    3 to 5 years experience as Manager -Human Resource Dept. in a reputed
    Co-operative / Nationalised / Private Bank or Financial Institution.

    Age as on 01-01-2012 : Not more than 35 years

    Remuneration : Commensurate with qualification and experience

    The incumbent will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR functions like Compensation policy, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliances, Performance Management System, Training and Development, Staff Welfare and other relevant aspects of Human Resource Management.

    1. Eligible candidates are required to apply online only through our bank’s website. The application form should be filled in English only. Before registering his/her application on the website candidate should possess the following:
    i) A valid email id for filling up application form. In case the candidate does not have a valid email id he/she create a new email id. This email id should be valid for the duration of the recruitment process.
    ii) A recent passport size colour photograph for pasting on the application form
    2. After filling in the form, candidates are required to SUBMIT the application form and to take a printout of the system generated online application and preserve it for their record. The candidates will be required to submit the application print out at the time of interview if shortlisted.
    3. Date of interview will be communicated to shortlisted candidates separately.
    4. Selection procedure
    The selection would be made on the basis of performance in the interview and experience.
