The Bank is looking for energetic and dynamic candidates who fulfill the following eligibility norms for recruitment as Law Officers:

1)Qualification : B.Com, L.L.B.

2)Age : Not more than 40 years.

3)Experience : Atleast 5 years in Legal department of a Bank or with a Legal firm with specialisation in Banking and Property matters.

Candidates should also have experience in handling matters of banking litigation including consumer complaints, cheque bouncing, securitisation and debt recovery, co-operative court, arbitration, scrutiny of title documents and drafting of guarantees, indemnities, inter-se agreement, mortgages, legal notices and thorough knowledge of the provisions of the Stamp Acts and Registration Act; Negotiable Instrument Act. Banking Regulation Act, Co-operative Societies Act and related Statutory Laws.

4)Salary : Negotiable.
