Job Description
Primary
-Appoint interior design consultants & specialized consultants for interiors, lighting, kitchen and for all relevant deliverables
-Provide space planning inputs for schematic architectural design as per end user requirement
-Finalise space plan and interiors finishes with the management
-Liase with the MEP team and finalise layouts and design with complete cooridnated Utility services.
-Identify and finalise the materials to be used in the interiors
- Provide expertise to select alternative materials as per availability and suitability to design and material costs.
-Review & approve mock up of interiors
-Perform the role of a people manager for subordinates
- Manage and support recruitment, set KRA's for direct reports, monitor overall interiors department KRA's, conduct performance appraisal
- Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the team, monitor staff welfare and facilitate complaint resolution, manage efficiency levels and drive timely delivery of all operational targets
-Build and maintain relationship with external consultants
Secondary
Brief team of vendors/contractors in all categories, e.g civil, plumbing, furniture, etc identified by projects
- Share the execution drawings
-Conduct consultant evaluation and ensure timely payment.

Interior Project Management
- Estimating project costs as well as devising plans/ schedules, marking centerlines at site.
