Those who have applied in response to Advt. No. 1/2011 need not apply again. Applications were invited for the post of Assistant Professor and its equivalent vide Advt. No. 2/2011. Now ICAR has revised regulations for these posts with perspective date from 1/1/2012. Accordingly NET can be waived off for the candidates holding Ph.D. degree. Applicants who have applied earlier and becoming eligible under this regulation need not have to apply.

Essential :
A. Second Class Bachelor's degree in the concerned faculty.
B. A Master's Degree in the concerned faculty with at least 55 % of marks or its equivalent grade.
C. Ph.D. in a subject related to the concerned faculty.
D. Total 15 years experience of Teaching / Research / Extension Education in the concerned faculty, out of which atleast FIVE years experience must be as a Professor or its equivalent post.
E. Possess the basic knowledge of computer application equivalent to course on computer concepts of Department of Electronic Accreditation of Computer course (DOEACC) Society or of the level as may be determined by the Govt. from time to time.
