    1. Medical Officer : 06 Posts
    Qualification : MBBS
    Age : 50 years

    2. Nurse Midwife : 05 Posts
    Qualification : General Nursing and Midwifery Diploma
    Age : 45 years

    3. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife : 20 Posts
    Qualification : Auxiliary Nurse Midwife Diploma
    Age : 40 years

    4. Multi purpose Health Worker : 20 Posts
    Qualification : Class 12th Passed and Qualified in Multi Purpose Health Worker Course
    Age : 45 years

    5. Laboratory Technician : 05 Posts
    Qualification : Higher Secondary with Science with Diploma in Pathology Lab
    Age : 33 years

    6. Pharmacist : 05 Posts
    Qualification : Higher Secondary with Diploma in Pharmacy
    Age : 33 years

    Age limit : Maximum 50 years of age is required for Medical Officers, while maximum 45 years of age is for Nurse Midwife and Multipurpose Health Worker, Maximum 40 years of age is for Auxiliary Mid wife and candidates applying for the post of Laboratory Technician or Pharmacist should not be more than 33 years of age.

    Salary : Pharmacist, Laboratory Technician, Health Workers and Auxiliary Nurse Midwife will get remuneration of Rs.8000/- per month, while Rs.10000/- per month is fixed for Nurse Midwife and Rs.30000/- is for Medical Officer.
