    MSC PHARMACOLOGY WITH 6 MONTHS RESEARCH EXPERIANCE AND WARE HOUSE OPPERATIVE

    Respected Sir/Madam;
    I Janesh Goud Koduru, completed MSc in Pharmacology at Nottingham Trent University. I have successfully completed my project in Conservation of the 3'UTR of the mammalian p53 gene and functional analysis of the exapted MIR element under the supervision of Dr.David C Hughes. (NTU).

    During my graduation I had learnt handling various instruments like Autoclave, Laminar air flow chamber, Spectrophotometer, Manual tablet punching machine, Centrifuge, Calorimeter and Electrophoretic apparatus like gel elctrophoretic tank. Furthermore, I had learnt Bioinformatic tools and software's including Biology work bench, Repeat masker, Clustal W, Smart spidey, Web logo, vienna RNA package Blast. I also learnt various wet lab techniques including Polymerase Chain Reaction, Gel electrophoresis, Western Blot. Apart from academics I have given paper presentations on topics like p53 as a tumour suppressor gene.
    I have done a project titled “Conservation of the 3'UTR of the mammalian p53 gene and functional analysis of the exapted MIR element” at Nottingham Trent University as part of my academics. The project is about the Functional analysis of MIR present mammals and conservation of 3'UTR. This institute has also taught me that the ultimate goal of research is to benefit the mankind.
    I had conducted many experiments when I was doing my project during my graduation which includes
    - Experimentation on tablet punching and tablet packing.
    - Dispensing Pharmaceutical formulation including pharmaceutical solutions, semi solids.
    - Testing of drugs on frog’s muscles and studying contractions and expansion of muscle due to drugs effect.
    - Extracting Frogs Heart Cardiograms by exposing it to various drugs
    Through my experiences I would like to state my knowledge and experimentation skills in hand to hand practice. I have a good knowledge on the instruments used in the industry with the capability to use them at all times. With regard to skills they have been improving upon time and I am good at both technical and soft skills which helped to pursue my Masters.
    Thanking you
    janesh goud koduru
