The Company has about 1078 employees. The present turnover of the Company is Rs. 417 Crores and is expected to cross Rs. 600 Crores by 2012. The Company is looking for High Performing, Dynamic & Achievement Oriented Professionals in the following areas.

    Qualifications :
    Post No.1 : General Manager (HR) - Degree preferable in Engineering/Physical Sciences and 2 years post graduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management or M.A (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) or MSW with minimum 20 years post qualification experience in Personnel area. Degree in Law preferred. Knowledge of Telugu is preferred and Hindi is essential.
    Post No.2 : General Manager (Projects) - 60% of marks in Degree in Engg. Or Technology with minimum 17 yrs post qualification experience in setting up of projects.
    Post No.3 : General Manager/Addl.General Manager (Marketing & Business Development) - Graduate in Engg. Or Technology and MBA with Marketing Management as elective with minimum 20/17 years post qualification experience in Business Development of an Industry.
    Post No.4 : Sr.Manager (Materials) - 60% marks in Graduation in Engg/Technology and MBA preferably in Materials Management or Production Management or Operation Management as specialization/PG Diploma in Materials Management. Experience of 10 years in the area of Materials Management and purchase after Graduation in Engg./Technology. Experience in ERP system preferred. Degree in Law preferred.
    Post No.5: Dy.Manager/Asst.Manager(Official Language) - M.A.in Hindi with at least 55% marks having English & Hindi as a subject at the Graduate level with minimum 8 yrs post qualification experience for Dy.Manager and 6 years for Asst.Manager post . Knowledge of Telugu is desirable.

Applicants from Govt/Quasi Govt/PSU must forward their applications through proper channel or they should produce No Objection Certificate at the time of interview. Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to & fro II AC rail fare for the post of General Manager and III AC for other posts by the shortest route on production of proof of journey performed. Acceptance or rejection of application of the candidates will be at the sole discretion of Management. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
